Genesis Support Group

Hospice of Frederick County’s Bereavement Program is holding GENESIS, an open-ended (on-going) self-help group designed to provide support to individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one. This group provides a safe place where group members can share their story and express their grief.  No one can know exactly how someone else feels or what they are experiencing on their grief journey. Being with individuals who have had similar experiences and similar feelings allows a sharing to take place…Grief shared is grief diminished.  To register, please call one of our Bereavement Services Coordinators at 240-566-3030 or email at lkinna@fmh.org or dwatterson@fmh.org
