Hospice is a concept of care that provides medical, emotional and spiritual support for people who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, and their families. Hospice of Frederick County provides comprehensive services designed to meet the complex needs of patients & families with compassion and respect for their personal values.

Volunteers serve in a variety of capacities at Hospice of Frederick County. Some work directly with our patients and families, while others assist with administrative duties and special events.
